Ice-hockey Kamloops Blazers

Finally we watched a ice-hockey game here in Canada.....
The Kamloops Blazers played against the Kelowna Rockets.
Both cities Kamloops and Kelowna are big rivals. The first period of the game was really boring, the teams were just passing around the puck and it seeemed like nobody wanted to shot :-(
Kelowna used a chance in the last minute of the first period to gain the lead...
After the break and some Spicy Curly Fries the game continued.....
The gameplay wasn't that attractive because the majority of the player was very young.
Luckily the game got a bit more agressive and the teams fought against each other so it was a little bit more fun...The final score of the game was 5-3 for the Blazers.
After seeing that game I made up the plan to watch a NHL game somewhere Edmonton,Calgary or Vancouver (Canucks tickets are already sold out for nearly every game :-( )...

Still Bastards

Hey I nearly forgot to inform about the Video-premiere which happened last week...
The new video of the WILDCATS snowboard crew was released last week at our on campus pub Heroes.Two Pro-Riders DEVUN WALSH & CHRIS DUFFICY hosted the whole evening and gave away lots of free stuff....I got some flip flops .....Their new video is named still bastards and shows some some awsome snowboard action!


I spent about 20 Bucks for the draw and finally won a snowboard....It is the 2008 -159 cm Chris Dufficy Pro Model--Retail Price 700 dollars...It has got a real coffe bean inside the board and is made especially for jibbing and rail tricks...

Busy Time

Hey folks,
it is a busy time...I have just finished my paper for Consumer Behaviour and now I'm only some minutes away from going to bed. i just survived my first presenation in International Business with a B+ and the Midterm whith a A- :-), pretty good so far I would say....
Let's see what the next results will be....
Tomorrow I'm going to learn for my next midterm on Tuesday and the quiz on Thursday for my class Operations Management .

Hi there,
i just uploadad some new pictures of the campus, our housing and the new Tournament Capital Centre. This weekend we are going to a friend's house in Vernon where we are invited to attend his family's THANKSGIVING -DINNER....So pepare the turkey and all other tasty food..Monday the TRU is closed so we will have a long weekend :-)
